Thank you for participating in Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry social media communication opportunities. Our blog and other social media outreach are designed to inform and engage individuals and organizations interested in our efforts to support Colorado citizen’s medical care needs by administering a statewide program for legal access to medical marijuana.

Our goal is to share ideas and information with as many individuals as possible, and our policy is to accept the majority of comments.  Posted comments and images do not necessarily represent the views of the department. External, non-department links on this site do not constitute our official endorsement. 

This is a moderated blog. We will review all comments before posting them. We expect that participants will treat each other with respect.  We will not post comments that contain: 

• Hate speech
• Profanity, obscenity or vulgarity
• Nudity in profile pictures
• Defamation to a person or people
• Name-calling and/or personal attacks
• Content that is clearly off topic
• Content that may expose another individual as a participant in the Registry
• Comments whose main purpose is to sell a product
• Comments that infringe on copyrights
• Spam comments, such as the same comment posted repeatedly
• Other comments that the program’s Social Media Team deems inappropriate

We understand that blogs and other social media outlets are a 24/7 medium; however, our monitoring capabilities are not. As a result, the Registry requires all comments be reviewed prior to posting on the page(s).
